Dina Sadek is a senior analyst on Graphika’s intelligence team, delivering customized monitoring, in-depth analysis, and investigations to diverse clients. She conducts research on a variety of topics, including analysis of online information environments and narratives, influence operations, inauthentic coordination, and self-harm, among other online harms, utilizing Graphika’s proprietary mapping and social network analysis technology.
Dina was previously a Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab), where she focused on foreign information manipulation and interference in the US and disinformation and influence operations in the Middle East.
Before joining the DFRLab, Dina worked at Internews Network, managing programs that enhance access to credible, quality news and information in Asia. Prior to her work in international organizations, Dina was a Cairo-based freelance reporter and fixer for international media outlets in Egypt and Libya. She holds a master’s degree in global security and strategy from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London.
