Gavin Wilde

Gavin’s work at CEIP focuses on large-scale policy challenges surrounding emerging tech, global cyber and influence operations, and systemic cyber risk. Gavin previously served on the National Security Council as a director for Russia, as a senior analyst and leader at the National Security Agency, and as a managing consultant at the Krebs Stamos Group. He holds a BA from the University of Utah and an MS from the National War College. He has published widely on cyber and tech issues and are currently heading research for CEIP into the Ukraine war’s implications for the future cyber and information conflict.
