Mr. Moran has over 15 years of experience in the security community. In his role at Microsoft, he is responsible for identifying and disrupting state-sponsored actors originating from the Middle East. In addition to his role as Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, he is currently a fellow with the Citizen Lab and was previously a staff member at the Shadowserver Foundation.
