China's Cyber Operations – Visibility & Disruption

This talk will be a TLP Red presentation on Chinese APT activity over the past year. The session will focus on the scale of activity, global victimology, strategic implications, and active disruption efforts.

Examples included in the presentation:

1) Cambodia – 24x Gov agencies compromised – synchronizing efforts across USG/AU/JP/other nations to disrupt CN collect in a denied area.

2) Philippines – Whole of government compromise corresponding to the breakdown of relations and coast guard conflict over disputed shoals.

3) South Africa – BRICS/Belt&Road/compromise of govt.

4) SuperJump – Covert infra usage during Chinas invasion rehearsal in May – specifically crowdsourcing global air traffic/radio signals.
