Rob served over 34 years at the NSA, spending his final years as the Director of Cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he held various roles in signals intelligence and cybersecurity, including serving as the head of Tailored Access Operations (TAO), the NSA's elite hacking unit responsible for operations producing foreign intelligence.
