Ethan Fecht is Principal Threat Lead at PGI, where he leads investigations into covert influence operations and cyber-enabled espionage with a focus on open-source and cyber threat intelligence. He previously worked on the Counter-IO team at Meta, disrupting dozens of covert influence networks run by both state and non-state actors. Ethan also contributed as a red teamer for OpenAI’s GPT-4 with Vision and DALL-E 3, testing the models for cybersecurity and covert influence vulnerabilities. His work has directly supported platform takedowns, sanctions, and policy decisions across government and industry.

Together, Ethan and Ruarigh lead PGI’s most complex threat intelligence investigations, bringing a combined background in intelligence, technology, and operational disruption to their work.
