Nathan Patin is a Washington, D.C.-based independent researcher and private investigator at an international corporate investigations firm. He focuses on open-source investigation tools and techniques, information operations, infrastructure hunting, and the Middle East. He has been a member of the Bellingcat Investigation Team since 2015, and he was a guest presenter at Bellingcat’s 2018 and 2019 Washington, D.C. workshops.
