Patrick is a Sr. Security Engineer with the Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG) where he dedicates his expertise to monitoring and defending against cyber espionage threat actors to protect Google, its users and customers, and the broader internet community. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, he has spent the last 4 years researching cyber threats with GTIG and the Threat Analysis Group. Patrick has published his research to the Google Threat Intelligence blog and has contributed to many other reports.
Patrick’s extensive background in detection and response at both Google and previously the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has provided him with a unique perspective on engineering effective defenses and investigating security incidents. He holds a Master’s degree in CyberSecurity from New York University.
